As the rest of my family arrived they were greeted by Dan and Paul and shown were to go. All through the service they were very attentive to our needs. My cousin decided to lay rose pedals down on the floor and by the end of the evening they had spread all over the floor.
Clifford “Duane” Thomas, 66, of Clarksburg went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 14, 2022 at his residence with family at his side. He was born on June 26, 1956 in Weirton, son of the late Clifford Junior Thomas and Edith Virginia McKinney. Ann Elaine Riley, 63, of Bristol, passed away on December 4, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.

The male staff member was so unorganized that he ended up leaving both my mother & daughter behind while we rode to the cemetery. We had to send one of my uncles back to pick them up. At the cemetery the male staff person once again was very rude and unprofessional because we now had to wait for my mother to arrive before we could continue with anything. He literally yelled at my nieces & nephews who just lost their mother, "Everyone wants something different, get it yourselves!", and he THREW THE ROSES ON THE GROUND!

The picture at left was taken around 1880 at 410 Delaware Street. The young man on the left is Thaddeus Davis, who was the son of James B. Davis the founder of Davis Funeral Chapel.
